Messages from patients are definitely not advertising.  This is a service that is deemed important to our patients.  Messages are auto-filtered to eliminate spamming in TheFilipinoDoctor.com.  The option to reply is solely upon the discretion of the doctor. 

Event announcements are not considered advertising.  This is a free service to medical societies and training institutions.  The objective of this service is to increase participation in these CME events by allowing doctors enough time to plan their calendar.
